PRICING & ENGAGEMENTS
A structure that fits
the work ahead.
Every engagement starts with scope, ownership, and expectations. Here’s how we can structure the work—without forcing your business into a pricing tier.
01 / PROJECT WORK
Define the outcome.
Choose the delivery model.
DEFINED SCOPEFixed-scope project
For work with a clear destination and agreed requirements.
- Structure
- A project fee tied to an agreed scope and delivery milestones.
- We agree together
- Deliverables, acceptance criteria, payment milestones, and how scope changes are handled.
- A good fit for
- A focused application, integration, automation, or cloud deployment.
ROOM TO EVOLVEFlexible delivery
For work where priorities become clearer as you build.
- Structure
- Time and materials or reserved delivery capacity, with an agreed budget and review cadence.
- We agree together
- Team capacity, priorities, spending limits, and checkpoints for the next phase.
- A good fit for
- Discovery, prototypes, evolving products, and collaborative delivery.
02 / MANAGED SERVICES
Plan beyond launch.
Give ongoing operations a clear owner and improvements a place in the plan.
ONGOING CAREManaged service agreement
A recurring engagement for the systems your business relies on.
- Structure
- A recurring service fee based on the environment, responsibilities, and agreed coverage.
- We agree together
- Maintenance, monitoring, support hours, response targets, and included change capacity.
- A good fit for
- Cloud operations, application maintenance, and ongoing technical support.
BUILD + OPERATEProject to partnership
One plan for delivery and the day-to-day work that follows.
- Structure
- A project engagement followed by a managed service agreement, with a defined transition.
- We agree together
- Launch criteria, documentation, operational ownership, and the ongoing improvement roadmap.
- A good fit for
- Teams that want a solution built and a partner to keep it running.
03 / CLEAR FROM THE START
The details
belong in the agreement.
These are engagement options, not binding offers. Your proposal sets the scope and commercial terms.
What determines the cost?
Scope, technical complexity, integrations, delivery pace, and operational coverage. Discovery helps us define these before committing to delivery.
How are cloud and third-party costs handled?
Your proposal identifies infrastructure, software licenses, and AI usage separately, including who pays each provider and how usage is reviewed.
Can you work in our environment?
Yes. We can deploy in your cloud and work within your standards, or provide a NorthCreek-managed environment. Ownership and access are agreed up front.
What if our priorities change?
Fixed-scope work uses an agreed change process. Flexible delivery reprioritizes the backlog within the agreed capacity and budget. Managed-service changes follow the terms of your service agreement.
